Return & Exchange Policy
At Webitya, we want every customer to be fully satisfied with their purchase. We offer a 7-day return or exchange window from the date of purchase. After 7 days, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind.
To qualify for a return or exchange, the product/item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition.
- Original packaging must be intact.
- Items purchased during a sale/discount may not be eligible for return/exchange.
Only defective or damaged items will be replaced by us, subject to an approved exchange request.

Some products/services may be exempt from returns or exchanges and will be clearly marked during purchase.
Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it and notify you via email. If approved, your return or exchange will be processed as per our policy guidelines.
